Two teenagers now face charges in connection with a videotape showing two young children smoking marijuana.
The tape shows the two teens allegedly teaching the boys, ages two and five, how to smoke pot. One teen is seen placing a marijuana cigarette in one child's mouth. Another part of the tape shows a boy smoking on his own.
The children are called "potheads" and asked if they "have the munchies." They're the nephews of one of the teenagers.
The tape was uncovered during a burglary investigation. Both teens are facing felony charges of injury to a child.
The grandmother of one of the teens says she's "very upset" about the incident. She tells a Texas television station that she was at work when the videotape was made.
