The Leon County Sheriff's office has finished its investigation into a teen accused of trying to poison his teacher.
The case has been forwarded to the Juvenile Probation Office, according to Leon County Sheriff Mike Price.
The 8th grader at Oakwood Junior High was expelled last week after authorities said he squirted chalkboard cleaner into his teacher's drink.
The teacher was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
Officials with the Juvenile Probation Office couldn't be reached for comment Monday.
Charges against the 15-year-old are pending.
