Evans faces six separate charges: Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance - Powder cocaine & crack cocaine (1st degree felony)
Health and Safety Code 481.116: Possession of controlled substance - 3,4 methyldioxy methamphetamine (State jail felony)
Health and Safety Code 481.117: Possession of controlled substance - hydrocodone (Misdemeanor A)
Health and Safety Code 481.117: Possession of controlled substance - alprazolam (Misdemeanor A)
Health and Safety Code 481.121: Possession of marijuana (Misdemeanor B)
Texas Penal Code 46.04: Unlawful possession of firearm by a felon (3rd degree felony)
The 42-year-old is out of Brazos County jail on $72,000 bond.
