The shooting deaths of 28-year-old Chandell Lewis and 50-year-old Harry Munson remain unsolved. The two were killed October 25 in Hearne. Since their deaths the Lewis family has teamed up with the family of Hank Johnson. In July 2008, Hank Johnson was found brutally beaten at a Hearne motel. Johnson died twelve days later after being taken off life support. The Lewis family says Sunday they will go to the murder scene to remember Lewis and Munson. Meanwhile, the Lewis family along with the Johnson family are still searching for a new location to hold a rally about the unsolved murders. Father Robert Herald of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hearne, cancelled a rally scheduled last Monday. The priest says he cancelled the rally at his church after the Robertson County District Attorney's office gave him information about the rally's featured speaker, Quanell X. Father Herald says he didn't want anyone to get the impression the church was connected with the nation of Islam.
