Two Navasota men were arrested Friday evening after College Station police say they used an automotive tool to threaten and rob a local man.
College Station Police say Roderick Sanders and Kedrick Walter (both pictured below), approached a man parked outside Rattler's Country Store in the 2000 block of Holleman Drive West.
Police say the suspects threatened the man with a tire iron and demanded money. The victim told police he feared for his safety and gave into their demands. The victim was able to drive off and call police.
Authorities say they later found the two suspects inside the Wendy's Restaurant that connects to Rattler's Country Store.
Both Sanders, 21, and Walter, 24, have been charged with robbery, a second degree felony. It is punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
