Bryan council members are set to hear an update by the Brazos Transit District regarding the downtown parking garage.
Officials with the City of Bryan say during that time, plans for the new garage will be presented.
That's something city officials say they are excited about, because of what it will add to downtown Bryan.
"It's more than a parking facility it's what they call a multi-use facility for buses, for parking, for regular parking spaces, office buildings, and a lot of different uses," said Bryan Deputy City Manager, Joey Dunn.
Officials say they are in the process of securing funds to do the design work and for the project itself.
The workshop meeting begins Tuesday at 2:45 pm.
