A man and woman who fell off a cruise ship into the Gulf of Mexico appear to be OK.

Princess Cruises says it doesn't know how, but the pair fell 50 feet or more from a cabin balcony. It took rescuers four hours to find them.

The man and woman had minor injuries. A company spokeswoman says they believe the incident yesterday morning was an accident.

The Grand Princess was about 150 miles off the coast of Galveston when the two fell overboard.

The captain turned the ship around and dispatched rescue boats to search for them. The Coast Guard and another nearby cruise ship joined the search.
