Area teenagers will have a new place to hang out thanks to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley.
The club on Tuesday unveiled a new teen center with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The new center, The Club at Consol, will offer a variety of programs geared toward adolescents ages 14 and up.
The celebration kicked off with a drum line march-in from A&M Consolidated, and also included games and food.
The ceremony comes during National Boys and Girls Club Week, which is celebrated across the country.
