There has been a turnover at the top of a College Station company. President and Chief Executive Will Botts has resigned from O.I. Analytical following a company investigation into stock option procedures.

Corporate Secretary Jane Smith has also resigned.

In a statement released Wednesday, O.I. pledges to restate its financials to reduce net income by $371,000 for 1985 to 2006.

Trading of the company on the New York Stock Exchange was briefly halted last week.

O.I. Analytical develops, manufactures, sells, and services analytical instrumentation for chemical applications.
