Regents Hear Budget Requests

Member schools of the Texas A&M University System made their sales pitches Thursday. Representatives of each A&M campus were in College Station to explain their budget requests to the Board of Regents.

But it could be a tough sell. The System is facing close to $50 million of unfunded budget requirements this fiscal year. And that has regents eyeing a tuition hike of up to $28 per semester hour for in state students.
