A lack of government funding, could lead to an increase in tuition or fees for Blinn students.
Officials with Blinn say they need $3 million over the next two years to offset the costs of maintaining grounds, buildings, and parking lots.
There is not yet a specific proposal on how much tuition could be raised, but officials say in the past tuition has been increased between $2-$5 a credit hour.
However, there could be a difference in fees for those within Washington County and those out-of-district.
The board of trustees will consider the increase during Tuesday's meeting.
