A Bryan man is arrested after police say he walked out of Wal-Mart without paying for male enhancement pills.
Virgil Hickman III, 44, was taken into custody outside the store late Tuesday night.
Authorities say while shopping, Hickman had placed two packages of Enzyte supplements in his pants along with a bottle of tire cleaner and a bottle of wheel cleaner. As he was leaving Wal-Mart, the items set off the security alarm.
Hickman was booked into jail for theft. Due to two previous convictions, the charges are enhanced to state jail felony offenses.
