He was sent to deliver pizza, instead, police said he was attacked. Thursday, a College Station man was indicted for the crime.
Police said in September, 18-year-old Stephen Simon ordered a pizza to an address on Autumn Circle, that didn't exist. They said he attacked a Papa Johns delivery driver, knocking him unconscious and stole several pizzas.
Officers said they later found text messages on Simon's phone joking about the attack.
Two men accused of robbing the Twin City resale shop in College Station, were also indicted. 18-year-old Dexter McGee of College Station, and 27-year-old Isaac Enriquez of Austin were indicted on three counts of aggravated robbery.
Police said the men were part of a group of males who entered the store with faces covered. One pointed a gun. Detectives said the men took money from the cash register, an employee and customer.
McGee was arrested in October. He told police he made $15 from the robbery. McGee remains in jail on a $271,000 bond.
A Brazos County grand jury also indicted 43-year-old Everett Webb of Brenham on the charge of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a sexual offense.
College Station Police said Webb entered a home in October and touched a 14-year-old girl inappropriately. The teen told Police she woke up to Webb lying on the floor by her bed with his hand on her.
Paul Cruz of Bryan was also indicted on three counts of engaging in organized criminal activity. Rumaldo Rico, also of Bryan, was indicted on two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity.

@-wow ... Have you been living in a cave? Yes, he was arrested last month, and KBTX ran that story last month. Yesterday he was indicted, and it's being reported on today, less than 24 hours after the fact. Sounds to me like KBTX is running a perfectly acceptable news service...
