B/CS Companies Weigh In For Chamber
Friday afternoon, eleven companies weighed in to complete The Chamber Fitness Challenge, a 12-week program hosted by the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce.

Area companies are shedding excess pounds.
Friday afternoon, eleven companies weighed in to complete The Chamber Fitness Challenge, a 12-week program hosted by the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce.
The four-person teams were assigned fitness trainers, and the goal was to lose the most percentage of weight.
The overall the total weight loss was 331 pounds.
The average percentage of body weight loss for all teams was 4.5%.
The Chamber Fitness Challenge is part of the Chamber of Commerce Healthy Workplace Initiative and is meant to encourage workplace wellness.

fFirst of all what is wrong with you people on not going to a health club, like ARROW FIT, GOLDS GYM, things of that nature ,why do everyone that is a health guru have to bombard the public parks for exercize when they have member ships at these places for that kind of stuff. that is what healthclubs are designed for not the public parks of BCS.
