It is the end of singer Doug Supernaw's saga in Brazos County.
The former country music man has pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. Evading arrest charges against Supernaw are dropped.
The singer's charges stemmed from a 2004 confrontation with a policeman in Bryan.
Supernaw was sentenced to six days in jail but was given credit for serving time in another county. He does, however, have to pay about $400 in court costs.
