A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Lee, Madision, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Waller, & Washington Counties until 8am Saturday morning.
There is a slight change to College Station's early voting schedule.
Since Post Oak Mall closes at 6 p.m. on Sundays, early voting at that location will end at that time on May 6. All other early voting at Post Oak ends at 8 p.m.
There are also some changes to where some precinct polling places are located:
- If you're in College Station's Precinct 20, you'll vote on Election Day at the Memorial Student Center.
- For Precinct 21, it's at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
- For city precincts 41 and 68, and school district precincts 28-A, 41, 42 and 68, you'll vote at Christ United Methodist Church.
Bryan's voting locations are the same as last May's municipal and school board elections. Officials there are also saying most voters are bringing their voter registration cards to the polls following the inadvertent dropping of around two-thousand names from the county rolls.
You're asked to bring those cards if at all possible to avoid a longer wait.
