College Station police say the incident happened around 1 a.m. Saturday at the Library bar, which is located in the 300 block of University Drive.

That's where Bryan resident Julio Samuel Gutierrez allegedly got into an argument with a bar employee.
Police say Gutierrez stabbed the employee in his right arm.

The victim, a 27-year-old College Station man was treated and released at the College Station Medical Center.

Police say another man was also stabbed. He was treated and released at St. Joseph in Bryan.

Gutierrez, 20, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana.

As of Saturday night, he is being held on a $2,000 bond for the possession charge. Brazos County jail officials say the bond should be set Sunday for the aggravated assault charge.

These cases have been turned over to the College Station Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
