It was smooth sailing for the Texas A&M Health Science Center impending move to Bryan. The city council Tuesday approved the conveyance of 200 acres to get the project moving. City planners had to work overtime to assemble all of the properties needed to meet A&M's deadline. Now the University can select an architectural firm to develop the project's master plan.
