The Texas House has approved a 20-cent tax break on gasoline prices during the summer to deal with higher fuel prices.
The measure now moves to the Texas Senate.
The price break is equal to the per-gallon tax Texas drivers pay when the fill up their tanks.
So Texas would not collect that gasoline per-gallon tax for 90 days in an effort to give drivers a break on the rising cost of the fuel.
