A local author just recently hit the New York Times Best-Seller List.
The book "The Flip Side," released about two weeks ago, is already making quite a name for itself.
Author Flip Flippen travels the world and teaches others how to reach their full potential.
According to "The Flip Side" reaching one's full potential begins with ridding yourself of behaviors that are holding you back.
Flippen says identifying those vices can mean all the difference.
"When you find the one that impacts you the most then you go through a process of building a plan, and accountability to really break through that constraint," said Flippen. "Then your performance will increase dramatically."
Flip Flippen will be available at the Barnes and Noble in College Station for a book signing on Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
