Madisonville Parishioners Robbed at Gunpoint
It's a place where you would think you would be safe, but churchgoers in Madisonville had the scare of their life at the House of Hope Church on Wednesday night.

It's a place where you would think you would be safe, but churchgoers in Madisonville had the scare of their life at the House of Hope Church on Wednesday night.
It was around 9:30 pm when police say three black males entered the church with two handguns and a shotgun.
The three made off with wallets as well as a couple of purses.
Authorities do have one suspect in custody and are in the process of issuing warrants for 2 more people.

I WAS AT THE HOUSE OF HOPE WHEN THE ROBBERY TOOK PLACE AND WHAT CONCERNED ME MOST WAS THAT THE COMMUNITY WOULD BE HESITANT ABOUT OUR 5TH SUNDAY SERVICE ON SUNDAY EVENING! WE HAVE WORKED HARD AND PRAYED ALOT TRYING TO GET THIS HOUSE OF HOPE GOING AND OUR COMMUNITY SHOWED US WHAT GREAT PEOPLE THEY ARE! SUNDAY EVENING WE HAD ABOUT 160 PEOPLE SHOW UP AND OUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED. GOD SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT! I HOPE TO SEE MORE OF YALL SOON IN MADISONVILLE'S HOUSE OF HOPE. A PROUD MEMBER MJ

This is the real hope and change in our society....thugery, dishonesty, self serving low lifes. Pay attention to who is doing these things and protect yourself.

I was there that scary night and i was very upset that the subjects pointed a gun at my pastor's Head and damned money.May God have no Mercy on their souls the People doing this having town so upset this committee we are not safe at all please keep us in your prayer thanks
