Imagine if you woke up and found a letter on your door step saying you would soon have to move out of your home. That was the scare several Waco residents got Saturday morning after someone pulled a hoax on them.
Homeowners who live around the Baylor University campus found a flier under their doormats or on their cars.
It said that Baylor University and the City of Waco would start work on a new football stadium next year right where their homes currently stand.
It also cited what appeared to be state law that would give the school the right to buy the property.
More than 200 letters were found around the neighborhoods.
"It makes me angry, it really does. I think something needs to be done about it. The city of Waco's name is attached to it," says Kelvin Williams with the Baylor Neighborhood Association.
Both Baylor and the City of Waco say no such plans are underway.
The Baylor Police Department collected most of the fliers and is investigating.

I am on board with this being leaked plans... but, I am a conspiracy theorist at heart! Either way, no charges should be pressed, for this is a great joke!
great way to get peoples attention on what the Govt/state can do with eminent domain if they think it necessary. even if a joke good way to make people pay attention to there homes and lively hoods....
Ha, why would Baylor need another football stadium? They can't produce a winning season in the old one.
