Police say he had a penchant for displaying his privates in public places. Now a Bryan man is charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
Andrew Fawcett, 41, was arrested Tuesday. Investigators say in July, Fawcett took photos of his genitals at three College Station locations: Pier 1, Bed Bath & Beyond and the CS Public Library. He then posted the pictures on an adult website.
Fawcett was released from jail after posting a $6,000 bond.

"Nobody saw it as it happened, it was only pictures, wah, wah..." Ok, using that logic, if someone stole your car, and sook pics of themselves doing it, those pics would prove nothing. Security cameras in stores would be useless. Come on, people. He exposed himself, and was dumb enough to make proof of it. Guilty.
