A Bryan man pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of aggravated robbery.

Jason Kelly, 37, received three, five year concurrent jail sentences in a Brazos County courtroom.

Kelley was indicted in 2006 after using a claw hammer to threaten store clerks at local convenience stores. According to court documents he first attempted to rob an Exxon gas station on FM 2818, but was unsuccessful. He later got away with an undisclosed amount of cash at an Exxon gas station on University Drive in College Station.

Kelley later turned himself in to police.
