Dallas Authorities Find Bodies in Trinity River

DALLAS -- Dallas police Wednesday recovered a car and two bodies from the Trinity River in the investigation into the disappearance of a Garland couple during bad weather.

No IDs were immediately released.

The couple disappeared Monday afternoon during a thunderstorm. The submerged vehicle was located near a boat ramp not far from
a highway.

Cell phone records of 911 calls led police to a tower, and the area where the car was discovered.

Relatives who believe the couple got lost in the storm say the pair had problems speaking English.
