Madison County H1N1 Vaccination Clinic
The 2009 H1N1 Madison County Vaccination Clinic will be held on Monday, December 14th.

The 2009 H1N1 Madison County Vaccination Clinic will be held on Monday, December 14th, from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. at the Truman-Kimbro Convention Center, 111 West Trinity, on the Square in Madisonville.
These vaccinations will be given free of charge through our local Health Department. Our target groups include: pregnant women, people 6 months to 24 years of age, people 25-64 years old with high-risk health conditions, healthcare workers providing direct patient care, and household contacts and caregivers of infants 6 months and under.
Should you have any questions or need additional information, please visit www.texasflu.org on the web. Please plan to attend this vaccination clinic if you have not yet been vaccinated against the H1N1 Flu.
