A convicted murderer who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and manic depression has been reported missing out of Montgomery County.

David McIntyre, 41, was reported missing from his Magnolia home on Friday, December 11. He was last seen wearing a black windbreaker, black wind pants, and possibly carrying a black duffel bag with brown trim.

It's believed McIntyre has altered his appearance by shaving his head which has several scars.

According to a statement from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, McIntyre was heard to say, “I have to get out of here tomorrow. I'm going to see my parole officer and they are either going to put me in jail or find some place for me.”

Investigators say the person who reported him missing said medicine bottles were found in the bathroom of his empty residence. It's also believed McIntyre has been off his medication for possibly three weeks.

If you see David McIntyre you're asked to call Detective T. Gannucci with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office at 936-760-5876.

Parole? Really? Does Montg. County law enforcement not have enough to do, so they decided to let a wacko go just so they can chase him down? No other reason for letting this man out of jail could make more sense. And they wonder why the general public questions and has no confidence in our judicial system...

Seriously Bill? What does that say about Leon Co. I read about serial rapists, kick in burglaries in Buffalo, felony theft all over the county. Guess its all over, eh?

I COMPLETELY agree with Prairiechik. If someone is convicted for murder (definite proof), the sentence should be automatic death within 1 year. Hey Bill in Centerville: If B/CS continues to use grow and attract more to move here, we can expect the same results as Montgomery Co.
