During Texas' Click it or Ticket Campaign Bryan police say they found several drivers not abiding the law.
From May 21 through June 3 the Bryan Police Department issued 40 safety belt citations and 12 child safety seat citations.
College Station police say they issued 104 citations for safety belt violations and zero child safety seat citations.
Police say although the intensified enforcement campaign has ended, drivers and passengers are reminded that safety belts and child safety seats save lives and prevent serious injuries.
