If your Tuesday travel plans include Highway 21 East, be prepared for a delay.

After being rained out last week, Bryan police will try again to reconstruct a fatal accident that happened there on December 10. From 8:30 a.m until 12:30 p.m., the westbound lanes of Highway 21 will be closed from Wings & More to Burger King. Two-way traffic will share the two eastbound lanes during this time.

Barry Reece, 21, of Frankston died when he drove his SUV into oncoming traffic and hit a truck head on. His vehicle flipped several times before hitting another car, injuring three people.
