An incident aboard a plane forced its landing at Easterwood Airport Wednesday evening.
According to University Police, an unruly passenger forced what is believed to be a Continental Airlines flight to land at 8:14 p.m. The flight was headed to Houston out of Dallas' Love Field.
Authorities say the passenger in question was removed from the aircraft, with no other passengers or crew injured. Authorities say 46 passengers and three crew members were aboard.
UPD would not confirm the carrier, nor the airport in Houston to which it was heading. Fly2Houston.com lists only Continental flights going into Houston on Wednesday evening, with those flights heading to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The final flight of the day was listed as Flight 2828, which Houston CBS affiliate KHOU is reporting as the flight in question.
UPD, the FBI and TSA are investigating. No other details are known about the passenger's behavior and/or demands.
