The four-month-old girl was found unharmed near a Wal-Mart about 90 minutes after she was reported taken from a vehicle outside a home.
A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were taken into custody Thursday night.
A prosecutor says another detention hearing will be held for them next week.
A third person, a 16-year-old boy, was also detained, but he remains in the custody of his parents.
Police have said all three teens could face kidnapping or aggravated kidnapping charges.
