A Bryan man accused of robbing a gas station and injuring a couple pled guilty Wednesday.

Police say in January, Donald Dyer, 26, robbed two cases of beer from a Texaco and tried to get away in the car of couple who had given him a ride. When the couple refused to let him back into their car, he bit the driver and hurt his wife.

As part of a plea deal, Dyer pled guilty to two counts of theft of a person. Under the agreement, Dyer was sentenced to two years in state jail for each count.
