An intoxication manslaughter charge has been made against a Bryan teen who crashed his car and killed his passenger early Tuesday morning.
Just before 1 a.m., two 19-year-olds, Carter Airhart and Clay Antilley were travelling on Ferrell Creek Road near Brazos County's Cottonwood community.
Airhart was allegedly driving drunk and too fast when he lost control of his car on a curve. After barreling through a barbed wire fence, the vehicle struck at tree, killing Antilley.
Airhart, listed as a Bryan resident by Brazos County, was charged with intoxication manslaughter and bonded out of the Brazos County Jail Tuesday afternoon.
