Fire crews evacuated two homes in the 1400 block of Skrivanek Drive in Bryan just before noon on Saturday. The Bryan Fire Department says construction crews working in the area hit a three inch gas line, causing a leak.
Hollowhill Drive at East 29th Street and Villa Maria at East 29th Street were blocked off to traffic for about an hour.
