It's the second time in two years a College Station hotel has been robbed at gunpoint. College Station Police say it happened around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a man entered the Homewood Suites in the 900 block of University Drive, pulled a handgun, and demanded money from a female employee.
The man then allegedly forced the woman into a restroom and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say the suspect is a black man with a muscular build. He's about six feet three inches tall and weighs about 280 pounds. Police say he was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jean shorts.
