A Bryan teen was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly breaking into a gas station and attempting to steal four cases of beer.
Police say the 17-year-old broke into the Shell Station in the 400 block of Southwest Parkway at about 3:30 a.m.
Witnesses called police after seeing the teen flee. Officers later caught the teen in the 700 block of Crosstimbers.
According to police reports the break-in was captured on surveillance video. Reports state the teen broke a window to gain entry into the building. He then allegedly took four cases of Budweiser beer, that was later found on the path he used to flee.
According to court documents the teen confessed to the breaking into the gas station. He was later charged with burglary.
