College Station Man Pleads Guilty in Knife Threat

A College Station man will likely get probation after his plea Thursday in district court.

Avery Jennings was arrested in April and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jennings, 24, was arrested after allegedly threatening his neighbor with a knife.

Police say the threat came after the neighbor tried to collect his television, which he loaned to Jennings' roommate.

Jennings pleaded guilty today but was not sentenced. That will come at a later date.
