Bail has been denied for an Ohio firefighter charged with killing three people, including a former College Station resident.

Police say the shooting early Thursday morning was apparently rompted by anger over fireworks and a loud party at the house of errance Hough's neighbor.

Hough is charged with three counts of aggravated murder.

He was expressionless in court Saturday while his attorney waived his client's right to a preliminary hearing

Bruce Anderson -- a former College Station resident -- was shot in the back and killed.

A memorial service for Anderson, 30, is tentatively set for July 21 in College Station.
