DALLAS (AP) - The Federal Emergency Management Agency has approved $3.8 million in individual assistance to Texans affected by recent flooding.
That according to U.S. Senator John Cornyn.
The senator says an additional $850,000 will help flood victims cover expenses such as medical bills, transportation costs and clothing needs.
