According to the DPS, Christopher Flores, 49, was driving west on FM 60 around 2 a.m. They say for reasons unknown, he lost control of his Ford Explorer just west of FM 3058.

Some "friends" need to keep hurtful comments to themselves.

I was Chris' wife and loved him deeply. We had gone through some troubled times but we were reconciling and looking forward to a future together. What good comes of a "friend" commenting that he was intoxicated. We, his family, friends, and I are hurting enough without this having to be posted. I hope it made your guilt better because it has done nothing but hurt the family and Chris' memory.
