AUSTIN, Texas -- Ceremonies for former first lady Lady Bird Johnson continued Friday afternoon with her casket arriving to the Austin museum honoring her late husband.
As "Amazing Grace" played on bagpipes, Johnson's casket was carried across the marble courtyard at the LBJ Library and Museum on the University of Texas campus.
A crowd of about 250 people looked on as Johnson's daughters and other family members followed the casket into the library. Johnson will lie in repose there until Saturday morning.
Earlier in the day, a private ceremony that included about 60 family members gathered for a ceremony at the Austin wildflower center that bears Johnson's name.
The widow of former President Lyndon Johnson died Wednesday at her Austin home. She was 94.
An invitation-only funeral tomorrow will be televised. She'll then be buried Sunday next to her husband at her ranch near Stonewall.
