An Amber Alert was cancelled after a five-year-old boy who was presumed abducted was found safe with relatives.
The Houston Police Department issued the alert after reports the boy was abducted from a local gas station.
Police were told Jordan Rodriguez was in his mother’s car as she was getting gas at the Exxon station on Tidwell and I-45 around 2:45 p.m. Sunday when an unidentified black male jumped in the vehicle and drove off with the boy.
As it turned out, the boy had been with relatives all day.
