If you're driving through Brenham and see a Harley behind you, you might want to slow down.

Brenham Police got the go-ahead from the city council Thursday night to revive their old motorcycle patrol unit. Police say the two-wheelers are needed to respond to a rising number of traffic complaints.

Brenham's previous motorcycle unit was disbanded when the Kawasakis they rode were determined to be too slow.

The price tag for the Harley-Davidson outfitted for police: about $1,600.
