Bryan ISD employees will see a little something extra in their paychecks.
Trustees on Thursday approved a four percent pay raise for teachers, librarians, counselors, nurses and other non-administrative personnel.
Other employees will see a four percent increase, based on the midpoint salary of their positions.
The Bryan school district is also giving substitute teachers a raise.
Subs will make anywhere from $60 to $120 a day, based on their degree and length of their substitution contract.
The salary increases take effect with the start of the next school year.
