A College Station man accused of threatening a woman with a knife is one of 59 people indicted Thursday by a Brazos County Grand Jury.
Roman Lopez-Munoz was indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Munoz was arrested in April after he allegedly hit a woman several times and threatened her with a knife.
According to police reports Munoz was arrested in the 100 block of Luther street, after witnesses told authorities the 44-year-old hit the woman's face and head and pulled a knife out to threaten her.
The woman was taken to the College Station Medical Center for injuries to her face and arms.
Most of the indictments handed up Thursday were for possession of a controlled substance.
