The capital murder trial of Anthony Graves will be moved out of Burleson County.
The Burleson County District Clerk's office said Thursday it's not known where the trial will be moved.
Extensive pre-trial publicity is said to be the cause.
Graves' 1994 capital murder conviction was thrown out by an appeals court when it found that prosecutors withheld evidence.
Graves is waiting to be retried for the deaths of a Somerville grandmother and five children.
