A College Station man is behind bars for allegedly assaulting two police officers.

Police say Patrick Crawford was arrested Tuesday in reference to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Anderson Street.

That's where witnesses say Crawford, 23, jumped on a vehicle and shattered the windshield.
Officers tracked Crawford to the 3800 block of Oldenburg Lane.

Police say Crawford resisted arrest and assaulted two police officers.

The officers suffered minor injuries.

Crawford has been charged with evading detention, resisting arrest, and two charges of assault on a public servant.
