A new study finds that women who eat carbohydrates with high glycemic index like white bread, pasta and certain cereals may be harming their hearts.

A new study finds that women who eat carbohydrates with high glycemic index like white bread, pasta and certain cereals may be harming their hearts. Researchers in Italy found that the risk of heart disease was higher in women who consume these kind of carbs. Men on the other hand did not seem to be as affected.

is there anything that wont cause health problems and stuff anymore. seems like everyday a new study comes out telling you something is bad for you.
