The 13th Annual Hispanic Plus Health and Information Fair was hosted by the First Baptist Church of Bryan on Saturday.
Every year, the the fair serves as a one stop shop for area residents to receive medical and social services and information.
Servicios Chaplain spearheaded the event with First Baptist and Save Our Street Ministries as sponsors.
Twenty-eight local agencies set up booths allowing parents to take advantage of everything from fingerprinting to immunizations for their kids.
When school begins more than 1,100 kids will be ready after receiving free backs and school supplies.
Servicios Chaplain organizer Patricia Romero said the purpose of the fair is to let people know where they can go to find help when they need it.
"We're here to provide the information and the resources to let the community know that we are out here," Romero said.
More than 1,400 people took part in this year's fair.
