Relatives of the Sept. 11 victims will gather at military bases this weekend to watch the arraignment of the self-proclaimed mastermind of the terrorist attacks.
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be arraigned Saturday along with four co-defendants at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where they will eventually be tried in front of a military tribunal. A trial date will be set on Saturday.
